Where will I meet with my Greeter?

For your private airport transfer, please follow the instructions below after your arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST):

1. 1. Complete passport control and collect your luggage.
2. 2. Proceed to the Arrivals Hall and follow the signs for Exit Gate 9.
3. 3. Leave the terminal through Gate 9 and proceed to the designated meeting area directly outside.
4. 4. Your private transfer driver will personally meet you at the meeting point. There is no separate greeter or airport representative.
5. 5. Please look for your driver holding a meeting board displaying your name.
6. 6. Once you meet your driver, they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private transfer vehicle.

Important Note: Your driver’s phone number will be shared with you before your arrival. After collecting your luggage, please contact your driver directly using the provided phone number to ensure a smooth and timely meeting.

If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the Gate 9 meeting area and contact the driver using the number previously provided. Please do not leave the meeting point or take another transportation service.

Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW)

Dear Guest,
Welcome to Istanbul!

For your private transfer from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW), please follow the instructions below:

1. 1. After landing, complete passport control and collect your luggage.
2. 2. After leaving the baggage claim area, enter the International Arrivals Hall.
3. 3. Follow the Exit signs and continue through the arrivals hall.
4. 4. Proceed towards the West Entrance (Batı Giriş) area.
5. 5. Continue outside and make your way to the designated meeting/parking area marked No. 2.
6. 6. Your private transfer driver will personally meet you there. There is no separate greeter or airport representative.
7. 7. Your driver will be waiting with a meeting board displaying your name and will assist you to your private transfer vehicle.

Important Note: Your driver’s phone number will be shared with you before your arrival. Once you have collected your luggage, please contact your driver directly using the provided phone number so that your driver can coordinate the meeting with you.

If you have difficulty finding the meeting point, please do not leave the airport area or take another transportation service. Contact your driver directly and remain reachable by phone.
