After Ephesus, we will head to our next stop Miletus, an ancient city located near the present Akköy at the mouth of the Buyuk Menderes (meander) River. Miletus owed its importance to its position on the trade routes. It was one of the largest cities in Anatolia with a population of between 80.000 and 100.000. Highly prosperous, it founded many colonies and was the home of the 6 BC philosophers Anaximander, Anaximenes and Thales, the town planner Hippodamus and architect of Hagia Sophia, Isidorus. Having a prominent position, Miletus became the most important port in this area and it was the most active member of the twelve cities of the Ionian Confederation. In the 7th century BC, Lydians besieged the city. The city was then controlled by Persians, Roman and Seljuk Turks.
The next visit after Miletus will be Didyma. The word Didyma means "twins" and it was associated by some as being the meeting place of Zeus and Leto to have their twins Apollo and Artemis. Didyma was famed as a prophecy center dedicated to Apollo, which served a similar purpose as the Delphi of Anatolia. It was not a city but a sanctuary linked to Miletus by Milesians with a 19 km/12 mi sacred road. At the end of the tour, we will drive back to Kusadasi port.

After House of Virgin Mary, drive to St. John’sBasilica, where it is believed that the evangelist St. John had spent his last years in the region around Ephesus and buried in the southern slope of Ayosolug Hill.
As our fourth stop, we will visit Artemission Temple where used to be one on the seven wonders of the ancient world.
After Artemission Temple, drive up to the pretty old Turkish-Orthodox village Sirince, located on the top of a mountain, where anyone will enjoy the impressive wine yards' and peach trees'. The village has synthesis of Turk-Greek culture, where we visit mosque and Orthodox church. All the narrow streets of the village belong to the women, selling handcrafts of all kinds, olive oil. Another attraction of Sirince is its wine: try its taste in small cafés. Drive back to Kusadasi town center and port. The end of our services.
Lunch, Personal professional tour guide, entrance fees, AC transportations are included.
Min. Suggested time to complete this tour is 7 hrs.

Esra, our day with Dicle was the highlight of our trip. The tour exceeded our expectations! Dicle was knowledgable, personable and led the day to meet our interests. My husband had the time to take many photos. He will forward the best when he has finished editing them. There are hundreds! Dicle is the only guide who has ever managed to find a yarn shop for me!! I also appreciated your input and suggestion to add the terrace houses. The terrace houses are a must-see. They weren't even mentioned on our last tour. We will definitely pass on your contact information to anyone traveling to Turkey.
Your tour was approximately the same price as the half day group tour to Ephesus offered by the cruiselines. We took a ship's tour on an earlier trip. Your tour was superior by far! From the description I thought this was a half day tour ending in the early afternoon. I think you need to brag a bit. Let people know that the tour is all day and may include other points of interest after Ephesus. The cruise people push tours costing two or three times the price and none have come close to the standard of your tour.
We read about your company on Tripadvisor.com where you have many well deserved positive reviews. I hope that many travelers continue to find you and that your company continues to prosper.
Heather Anderson
Dear Ms Ozdamar
The tour was well arranged and went off without a hitch. I posted a review to Tripadviser this morning that should be visible in a few days and should reinforce your position there. The van driver, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, gets extra marks for putting flower blossoms all over the floor at the side entry. It was a lovely extra touch that made the visit special.
I am so glad you wrote as I had every intention of writing to you this very day. We had a wonderful day with our guide Sirkin. He was quite knowledgeable and very pleasant to spend the day with. We loved loved the entire day and especially enjoyed the wonderful local restaurant in Sirince and the delicious lunch. I will certainly pass along the professionalism of your tours and guide.
Thanks for a great day.
Charlene
Hello again Esra
We are all extremely sad about the earthquake in Turkey and hope none of your friends or relatives are affected.
We just wanted to say a very big thank you for arranging our tour of Ephesus earlier this month. The tour was absolutely first class and our guide Cengiz was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and made every effort to make our visit most enjoyable. It is a stunning place and Cengiz knew all the highlights to show us so that we had a much better understanding of how the city was all those years ago. We had a lovely time on our first visit to Turkey and the people were so friendly and helpful that we will certainly be back for a longer stay next time. We would highly recommend Ephesus Shuttle to anyone planning any tours arranged by your company.
Thanks again and best wishes from all four of us.
Kind regards, Jim
Dear Fevzi:
Somewhat belatedly, I would like to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour of Ephesus in early September, 2011. We were NOT cruise passengers and requested
a private tour with an unusual itinerary, from Izmir to Ephesus and ending in Kusadasi.
Our guide, Melith (sorry for the spelling if not correct) and driver were waiting for us at the airport in Izmir, as scheduled, and we proceeded with our private tour, beginning with the House of the Virgin Mary. We really were amazed by Ephesus and the Terrace Houses. We also enjoyed our lunch at a local restaurant prior to touring Ephesus. Although offered several shopping stops, some of which did not interest us, we were happy that we did agree to stop at a ceramics factory. At the end of an enjoyable day, we were taken to our hotel in Kusadasi.
We want to commend our guide, who was very knowledgeable and personable and our driver, who did a great job as well. We were very satisfied and greatly appreciated your company's ability to respond to our somewhat unusual itinerary.
Many thanks,
Cynthia
Dear Sir or Madam,
On October 13th we had the pleasure of touring the sites in the Kusadasi area with Emre and his driver. Our day in Turkey with your employees was the highlight of our trip to Europe. The gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and patient with my wife and me. You have a real gem in Emre.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Turkey as they deal with the earthquake.
May God bless you all.
Jim Grady, CCM
Just wanted to thank Melissa for a wonderful tour of Ephesus, it was a wonderful experience and one that will stay in our memories forever.
Thank you for being our guide and for being our personal photographer, all the photos that you took of us together turned out really well.
We did recommend your tour to another couple from our ship and will definetly
recommend and use your company again next time we visit.
Regards
Richard & Glenda Barlow
We were very pleased by the services we received from our driver and especially our guide "Z." Z set up our day so that even though there we huge crowds at Ephesus and other sites she often had us going in a different direction so we could bet to major sites before the large crowds. On that day one of the members of our party was ill and we were not charged for him. Rather we were charged, I think, $2 more per person for having a smaller group. We honestly expected to pay full fare for the "no show" and that was very great the way we were treated.
If we were to come to Ephesus again or know anyone who is, we woudl reccomend your services without hesitation, especially Z.
Thank you,
Janet Gerlach
Hi Esra
We were absolutely delighted with your service. You replied promptly to my e-mails, and you were there to meet us on our arrival in Kusadasi.
The guide you supplied was one of the best we have had in all our travels and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Ephesus and surrounding area.
Many thanks
Mair Wingfield
We really enjoyed our tour of the Ephesus ruins with Omar. He was so attentive, energetic and most knowledgeable about the history. Loved our Turkish lunch he made sure we got. It was a great day. I will be posting a very positive feedback on Trip Advisor and Cruise Critic in the near future.
Thanks for a great service.

Hello from Prince Edward Island Canada,
I would like to thank you for our wonderful day in Turkey. I have already commented on Trip Advisor about how wonderful our experience was with your company. First of all I would like to tell you that our guide Gonca and driver were very professional, knowledgable, warm, and welcomed us to your beautiful country in a very open friendly manner. Gonca also spoke highly of your company and what a great and fair employer you are. I can see that you hand pick your guides by the quality of their service. Gonca was a perfect match for us as our children are her age and it was nice to learn about what life is like in Turkey from a young person's point of view. I would highly recommend anyone to use your company. The price was more than fair, and we did not have to worry about a thing all day. Our lunch was spectacular and was the best meal of our entire 11 day trip on or off of our cruise ship. I only hope we will return or that we can welcome you to our country in the manner we were welcomed to yours. Please let Gonca ( I hope I have her name spelled right) know that we cherished our time with her. Regards, John and Debb Hutchings
Hello,
I wanted to sy thank-you for the tour which my mom, myself and my friend recieved by your tour guide Babur in Ephesus on Oct . 6th, 2011. I will definitely recommend him to my friends who travel to Turkey.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the history he provided during the day. If you can kindly pass along his email to me so I can extend my gratitude to him personally that would be appreciated.
Thank-you kindly and I will definitely keep Babur in mind for when I return to Turkey and would need to book a guided tour.

Dear Esra;
Thanks for contacting me.
Sorry for delay in getting this to you, but we had an excellent tour and day spent with "Ilcare" (hope I got his name right) He was exceptional. The tour of the town Sirince was phenomenal and he was quite helpful, in getting us around, to restaurant for lunch, and of course the museum.
We will definitely utilize your group in the future and will certainly spread the word of the exceptional service and care we received. Give our best to Ilcare and our driver!
Best regards,
Vince Santa Maria
Hello Esra
Thank you for your email.
We had a wonderful day with Raife in Ephesus, she is an excellent tour guide and made our day very special.
We would not hesitate to recommend your service and will put a very positive review on “Trip Adviser” once we get home after 18th Oct.
Thank you again for your great service
Maria O’Callaghan & group
Good Morning Esra,
I would like to say Thank You, for the amazing time we had in Turkey with your guides Funda, and Meliss on our tours. We are so grateful for the amazing tours that were given, and we totally love your country of Turkey.
We had our first tour on Sept 14th, from our ship; and just as we were instructed our air conditioned van arrived to pick us up at the port with our names. We went to the belly dancers and folkloric show with dinner. It was a wonderful evening. It was so entertaining and beautiful. We were escorted back to our ship very delighted with our evening.
I myself did have to miss the tour of Istanbul on the 15th of Sept. Thank you from the 5 that did go and see the Blue Mosque , St Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. My friends did enjoy the tour with Funda very much. I will have to hope that I may return to Turkey again one day; and have my turn exploring the wonderful city, and it's most famous bazaar.
On to Kusadasi where we arrived in port on the 17th of Sept. We were greeted at the port by Meliss and her driver again in a beautiful air conditioned van. Oh Ephesus was more than I had hoped for. The tour was amazing. Meliss did a great job, sharing her knowledge; guiding us through the site, efficiently so we got the most out of our time. I feel blessed to have enjoyed such a grand day at Ephesus. Then on to ceramic shop, which was a fun stop, with just enough time spent there. We then went to the village of Sirince. Oh how wonderful the luncheon we enjoyed at the restaurant. Thank You! Everything was delicious and we all totally enjoyed our time. On to a rug display before heading back to the ship. A great day!
I apologize for not coming into your place of business. I had not realized I could have thanked you in person for all your time spent with me setting up these three tours.
Again, Thank You from all of us. We most certainly will tell our story of this visit to Turkey to many; and I hope they too will be fortunate enough to hire your services.
Kindest Regards,
Valerie Wissinger

Hello,
I want to thank you for the wonderful tour of Ephesus.Your guide was so knowledgeable and interesting.Your country is very rich in history and culture. I have to say that it was the best one that we had on our visit to Greece and Turkey. If I hear of any friends who are going to Ephesus I will recommend your company. We also went on to Bodrum and Marmarais. We went out in small boats for the day and the captains also made us a lovely lunch. What a pleasure to spend time in Turkey.I am sorry that I did not arrange to use your company in Greece and our experience there was very disappointing. We made arrangements through the cruise ship due to the strike situation and it was very expensive, and the only site was the Acropolis. We felt like we did not know Athens and it sites like we knew Ephesus.
Thanks,Patricia
Alex was an excellent guide (is that the correct spelling for his name?), our driver was great, and the bus was very clean and comfortable. I have highly recommended your services a couple of places on Cruise Critic and plan to post a longer, in-depth review on there, too. My husband is an Anglican pastor, so we really enjoyed visiting a city where St. Paul lived and worked. Here's a picture of me with "my" bus! God bless you. ~ Wendy O'Rourke
Esra,
Just back from our trip. Your guide was extremely good.We really enjoyed and learned a lot from her! We hope to come back to Turkey to see more of the ancient sites. When we do, we hope to do it through you. Thank you very much!
Richard
Hello
We just wanted to let you know that our tour of Ephesus with you was excellent.
Our guide Ilker Avci was fabulous and we were very impressed with the professional and friendly way that the tour was run.
We are recommending your company and Ilker to all our friends and we can't wait to re-visit your wonderful country
in more depth.
Thanks again Ilker for a great day.

Dear Esra:
Our guide was very professional. We really enjoyed our ½ day at Ephesus . The comfortable ride to and from Ephesus made our day. Since we had plenty of time before the ship departs, if the guide had suggested other places to visit we would have agreed to add to our visit. We are planning to repeat the same cruise for 2013 for our next family reunion; we will definitely use your company again. And this time we will also book for Istanbul and Athens .
Again, thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely mention your company in Cruse Critic.com.
Warm regards,
-Bonnie g
Dear Nursen Kendir
I just wanted to thank you and your guide, Emre and the driver for a superb tour. We were very happy to have seen so much, especially since Emre arranged the tour so that we did not arrive at the same time as the many cruise ship tours.
I will be happy to recommend your company to friends and use you again when I am next in Kusadasi.
Many thanks,Angela King
Hello
We'd just like to thank you for the tour you provided which was excellent - though the whole thing was made perfect by your tour guide Melissa - who made our day very special..she was well informed, helpful, humorous and nothing was too much trouble .....
Kind Regards
Colin & Nicky
We were very pleased with your services. Our guide, Sinan (I think that is how it is spelled) was charming, helpful and knowledgeable. He made our visit to Ephesus a delight - easy, comfortable, smooth, full of fascinating information. Your service was very convenient and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much. Should we return to Turkey, we would certainly use your service again.
Tim Williams.
Esra,
Our guide was Omer. He was fabulous. Whatever you pay him, double it! It must be tough to be a guide showing the same thing to tourists day in and day out. Yet, Omer was very passionate in making sure we understood exactly why the area was so important and the relevance of its history to Turkey (and all of us) today. He made my daughters feel noticed, which kept them engaged. They still talk of him as a favorite memory of our trip. He is blessed with just the right mixture of grace, humor, intelligence, and kindness. I could not more highly recommend your company to anyone.
I wish you continued success and I am sure will have the opportunity to use your services again when we return to your beautiful country.
David J. Shea
The tour was the best of our trip!!! Your services were very awesome and I can not thank you enough for all that your company has done. Thanks again for a wonderful trip.
Jennifer
Esra
Thank you for your email. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip you organised for us. Milih was very informative and helpfull throughout the tour and your driver also provided an excellent service. As we moved around from location to location and also spent time at each stop we could not help but feel we had made the correct decision to book a private tour rather than being one of the herd! The meal provided was also very good – I have now sampled a wider range of authentic Turkish food (I wish I could get the village bread here).
I would have no hesitation in using your services again or in recommending them to friends. You provided amazing value for money and a really high quality service.
Thanks you! Regards
Philip
Esra:
Your service was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I agreed that of all the tours we took during our cruise, the Ephesus Shuttle tour of Ephesus was far and away the best. Omar and our driver gave us personalized service, ensured that we saw what we wanted to see, and became our friends. Omar was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We bragged about your tour service to every passenger we talked to on the ship afterwards. They had a so-so time with the cruise-ship sponsored tour – we had a GREAT time with Ephesus Shuttle at less than half the price! They saw a few locations – we saw EVERYTHING we wanted to see! They got rushed through sites – we got to take our time while Omar explained the history and culture to us.
I cannot say it enough – Omar was GREAT. Thank you for blowing our expectations away.
Brad and Debbie Rucker
You're welcome. We enjoyed our short visit to Turkey and the tour, which was much better than a tour we took through another company when we visited Ephesus a couple of years ago. We will be sure to consider Curio Travel for tour packages prior to our next visit to Turkey.
Michael LaManes
Dear Esra,
we very much appreciated the professionalism and kindness of your company, represented by Birsen, who was also very knowledgeable about Ephesus and the overall ancient history.
We also felt very safe with the driver and the comfortable van. We definitely would use again and recommend your services !
Best regards
Eduardo
Sinon exceeded our expectations. He made it easy for us to be picked up, welcomed us with Turkish delight and dropped us off at a convenient location. He amazed us with his knowledge of Turkey, each site, use of time, where to take pictures, taking pictures and his pleasant helpfulness. He gently guide us to quiet places at each site out of the massive crowds to see and understand things better. He was easy to understand and having a driver drive while Sinon shared culture, answered questions and prepared us for what we were about to see next was A number 1 service. It was great how we saved time and did not have to walk back through sites to get back to the shuttle, the shuttle was at the end ready to pick us up. We could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend Sinon and your service to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
Craig Redding
Hi Esra
We felt the service was excellent and we would certainly recommend you without reservation. Our guide was super and added so much to the day. The car was comfortable and the driver really good. The day in Ephesus (including the meal at the restaurant recommended by the guide) was the highlight of our cruise.
Many thanks
Meryl and John

In July, myself, husband and 12 year old son did a full day tour of Ephesus Tour + Terrace Houses with Esra Ozdamar www.ephesusshuttle.com. I would highly recommend this tour and guide and would go with them again if we return. Our guide met us at Kusadasi port with a sign. We got an early start and got to Ephesus before most of the other tours. We got to Walk through marble streets and saw the Baths of Scholastica, the Library of Celsus; the Temple of Hadrian and The Grand Theater. Then we went though Terrace House which was really interesting. Our guide was very knowledgable about all of the ruins and could answer all the questions my 12 year old could think to throw at him. One of the nice parts of our tour was being able to take our time and go at our own pace. Especially when you have a younger child. A few times when our son had too much sun our guide sat with him in the Shade while my husband and I explored a few more ruins. Afterwards we drove back to Kusadasi and stopped at a carpet factory in the country. We had lunch here and got to see how the Turkish Carpets are hand tied and how the silk is spun from the silk cocoon. We had a great time and always felt safe and well taken care of.
Debra, Craig and Michael Weatherford
Dear Nur
Thank you for a wonderful morning in Ephesus. The Terraced Houses were well worth the visit and I can recommend them to anyone visiting the site. If ever I am in Kusadasi again I will definitely use your company.
sincerely

Esra
Our tour guide was Naheday. I’m not sure of the spelling. She was the best tour guide we have ever had! She was extremely knowledgeable about everything on our tour, and of course she was very, very nice. This was the best tour we had on our trip and we will definitely use your company again when we visit your beautiful country. I will suggest that you tell people to start the tour as early in the day as possible as there is so much to see and do. Ours started at 9am and I wish we had started earlier. We did get to see everything we wanted to. I suggested to the cruise company to lengthen the stay in Turkey, perhaps even 2 days. Thank you again.
Bonnie
Dear Fevzi,
Just had to write to express our thanks for an excellent tour of Ephesus. Our guide Emre met us at the dock as planned, and gave us a wonderful time. We felt as though we were in the company of a very knowledgeable old friend, and we know that our trip was vastly superior to that offered via the cruise line. It could not have been better, and again our thanks for a wonderful highlight to our holiday.
Tim Morris
Good evening
I am atourist who has used the services of your agency for my excursion to Kusadasi, during a Celebrity Cruise, the day 05/09/2011.
I booked the tour No. 4 for two people, I am writing to compliment you the services that you gave me: for the vehicle available , for the path of the tour and to thank the guide you have assigned me:
Mr. Mehmet Cibikci, he as been a person extremely kind , patient and very prepared and speaking a good English very comprehensive to us , he has been with us all day with patience and great professionalism.
I also thank the driver Mr. Mustafa, driver wise and very attentive.
If I return to Kusadasi for excursions, we will certainly contact you again
thanks and greetings

Dear Esra, thanks for your apology, and the oversight was quickly corrected. This letter tells us that you run a great tour business and there is no doubt that your company will always be successful.
The tour was absolutely wonderful, & our guide Pinar was terrific . She was extremely knowledgeable and that made our experience even better. We enjoyed the day very, very, much, especially being able to get to know your country and its people when we had lunch in that wonderful town in the mountains. The food was great and they made us feel very welcomed. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we would do it again if ever we get back your way.
We made it home safely so thanks to you & your staff for making our visit a memorable one.
Best to you & Pinar, and tell her that as soon as I get some time I will email her the pictures.
Best regards, Harold & Linda.
Hi Emre
Remember the Turkish Deligts? We sure remember you. You made our trip to Turkey so very memorable. I don't think any of us will forget you. Kusadasi is beautiful and we loved our tour with you to Ephesus. Listening to other passengers on the ship, I know we had the best tour! And lunch at Bizim Ev-Hanimeli made the day even more special. On behalf of all of us, thank you so much for guiding us through the magic of your country. I will give your name to anyone I know going to Turkey.
Best regards,
The Turkish Delights (9 Canadian and 1 American women)

Omer,
Just a brief note of thanks for the hospitality you showed us during our brief visit to Istanbul. We enjoyed having dinner with you and were impressed with the tour and your knowledge / history of the area.
Again, thank you.
Sincerely,
Ed & Linda Walsh
Dear Katja and Nursen
I am writing to both of you to let you know how much you made our excursions while we were vacationing and DO use our comments as testimonials!
I will also send the pictures we took that you might love. Well, Raife might love hers too!
Nursen, Katja was our guide for our time in Rome..she is just wonderful and if you ever need a contact in Rome, Katja is the person to work with. and Raife was our guide at Ephesus and Nursen can pass on this information to her! She was wonderful!
Katja, Nursen Kendir, www.curiotravel.com is her website. We got the information about Nursen from a Rick Stevensguide. And katja, we got your information simply by googling and finding someone who referred you.
Love to all of you! You made our trip fantastic..and look for pictures soon!
hugs from David and Vicki James (hope you have not forgotten us...Raife will remember us because we had to drive Sue back to the ship and then we had a Fabulous Turkish lunch! ...and Katja will not forget us!!!)
Dear Nur,
Our thanks to your company for a wonderful tour of Ephesus on Wednesday, Sept 21. Especially we want to tell you how helpful and informative Alev, our guide, was. She was a delight and with our driver Sabre, formed a great tour team. We will not hesitate to refer friends to Ephesus Shuttle. Please relay our best wishes to them for a wonderful day.
Thank you again,
Mike and Brenda Humphress
Dear Nursen Kendir: We would like to thank Ephesus Shuttle for a very well organized private tour your company provided us. We had a wonderful tour and our guide Mehmet Gibkgi was the best (very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable young gentleman on Kusadasi and Ephesus, including the Terrace Houses). The 6 !/2 hrs spent with him just flew by. Lunch (which was included in the price) was delicious. We felt we got excellent value for our money. The tour cost much less the cruise ship's organized excursion and ours was private. Mehmet had perfect timing, in most cases we were just ahead of the crowds. Awesome job done by Mehmet and the driver of the comfortable van. We would not hesitate to recommend Ephesus Shuttle and Mehmet as a guide for a personal guided tour.
Thank you Ann and Fred Menlove
Hi
Esra.
The best day of our two-week trip was the day we spent with you all in Ephesus. I asked for a “super-great” guide and we got one in Ates Emre. He knew how to engage everyone from the 16 year old to the 80 year and the parents too. He was fantastic. Thank you so much. We will definitely use you all again to help us on a longer stay in your beautiful country. I especially appreciate the professional and fair way you adjusted our bill to take off the places we did not visit. It could not have been a better experience.
Best regards,
Tracy

We had a most wonderful tour of Ephesus with your guide Benjamin! I can not say enough fantastic things about him: he was so courteous, time efficient, knowledgeable and made our trip there THE best of all our excursions during our cruise!!! When we return to Turkey, we will most definitely be contacting Ephesus Shuttle and have already told all our friends how wonderful it was. Thank you again for your truly wonderful service!

Dear Ms. Esra Ozdamar,
Yes, you are welcome to post my praise of the tour that was given by your guide, Robia! And I will be happy to post my comments on the two websites as you asked, as well. I agree that word of mouth is the best advertisement and when a person is looking for a tour service that will provide them with a most memorable experience, it is difficult to wade through all the alternatives! You definitely deserve to be recommended!
Best,
Nita
Esra,
Hi-
Good morning Esra,
I am just writing to thank you for ensuring that our visit to Ephesus and the Steam Museum was such a success on 24th May.
Zi was waiting for us at the port. She gave us excellent, informative information about Ephesus as well as ensuring that we did not miss any of the best photo shots.
After my husband and I had visiting the Steam Museum, Zi asked if we would like to visit the local co-operative weaving centre which we did. The owner took time out to show my husband and I around the centre - it was a most informative visit.
We would like to thank you once again for ensuring a most memorable visit to the Kusadasi region and we hope to return on a future occasion.
We will have no hesitation in recommending Ephesus Shuttle to our friends.
Kind regards.
Suzanne Haley
I just wanted to say that Kay did an excellent job with our tour last week. He and the driver were very pleasant and professional. Kay certainly knows his stuff.
Thanks for making our visit to Turkey very pleasant and memorable. If I get the chance, I will certainly recommend your company's services.
Thanks again.

Dear Fevzi
I am just writing to say thank you for your company's excellent service on our recent trip to Turkey. We travelled on The Celebirty Century on September 14 visiting Kusadasi and simply booked the transfer to Ephesus option. Nourdin met with us at the port terminal and provided an excellent service throughout the morning. We could not have been happier with our visit.
Thanks to your team and Nourdin.
Regards
Tricia Parry
Our time in Turkey was amazing. We would certainly recommend your services to anyone.
Dear Fevzi,
Alan & I were definitely impressed with your services and, most especially, with the two BEST guides with whom we have ever had the pleasure of touring.
Both Oscar and Omar were so interesting and, in addition, so much fun to be with that they made our experience in Ephesus and Istanbul truly unforgettable.
Hopefully, one day soon, we will be able to return to see and learn more about your beautiful country.
When we returned, I immediately called my travel agent (who arranged this wonderful trip for us) and highly recommended you and your agency to her. If you ever need references, please feel free to have any of your customers contact me. Just tell them to put your name in the Subject Matter, just in case it goes into my "JUNK" mail.

Hello,
Dear Fevzi,
We're finally caught up with ourselves after a wonderful visit to your part of the World. We truly enjoyed our trip to both Turkey and Greece, it was very short so we crowded a lot into the visit. Now we can view our pictures and further enjoy where we've been.
Thanks to you and "Z" the highlight of our trip was Ephesus and the sights of Kusadazi in general. All of us decided in retrospect that we should have extended our stay in Turkey and gone to Istanbul as well. I guess that means another visit in the future for us.
Fevzi, again I want to express my appreciation for your special attention given to the four of us while in Kusadazi. You made the difference in the quality of the sites we visited. Please pass along our thanks to "Z" as well, she was not only very knowledgeable but personable and showed a keen sense of humor in her presentation.
Take care and I hope this finds you well and happy.
Regards,
Glenna
We had an amazing tour. Our tour guide and driver were very knowledgable, professional and timely. Our fellow cruisers were quite jealous when we told them about our private experience at Ephesus.
Fevsi,
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the private tour. Our guide hakan and driver vesi made this a wonderful experience. I will recommend your service to anyone.
Thanks again !

In early September we traveled to Istanbul. Omer Elkay was our guide.
Good morning!
We just wanted to follow up with you about our recent tour of Ephesus. I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your tour. The guide you provided (I apologize I cannot remember her name!) was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgable and personable. It was a great day and a great service. I will be sure to recommend your company to other cruisers.
Thanks again,
Lydia and Tim
Dear Fevzi,
We enjoyed you tour very much. It was also so very good of you to include our new tour mates. They were very happy with the van, the tour and our guide. I can't remember his name, I think Emir??? He was so informative and very learned about Ephesus and your country. He was also ready to answer all of our questions.
Rest assured that if we are fortunate to travel to Turkey again, we will be calling on you. We will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone going to your country.
Thank you again for the wonderful tour!
With fond memories,
Barbara
Hello. We are very pleased with the services. Our guide, Hakan, and our driver were very professional and polite. Hakan was especially knowledgeable and very willing to share Turkish life and culture.
My husband and I are both members of travel advisors and cruise critic and will definitely recommend your tour company. We enjoyed our trip and the hospitality shown to us by our host and the rest of the Turkish people. We will welcome another opportunity to visit your country again.
Yours truly,
Sergey and Jocelyn Gantman
Dear Nursen KENDIR,
I have just returned from my trip and wanted to share my feedback regarding Ephesus Shuttle and Mrs. Yelda Celik as our tour guide. Without question, this is one of the best guided tours I have ever taken. Everything was perfect! The pickup in Izmir port was smooth and on time. Yelda and the driver were prompt and waiting for us when we departed the ship. Mrs Yelda Celik was so detailed in the information she provided regarding the background information of your beautiful country. Her information regarding the tour stops (Virgin Mary house, Ephesus, Temple of Artemis) was just the right amount of information and background. Her english speaking skills were great and she took the time to ensure she answered any questions. In addition, the car was very comfortable and the driver was very courteous and professional. Overall, a great tour and a great company to work with. I especially appreciated the willingness to work with me in avoiding the carpet demonstrations. Yelda was very good about asking us the types of things we were interested in and took us to a leather factory as an alternative. Also, the restaurant recommended for lunch was great. Food was delicious. Please share this feedback with Yelda and your driver. I will be sure to recommend your company to all my friends and family in the future. I was a bit hesitant at first since there was not much information about Ephesus Shuttle on the Cruise critic web site but as it turned out I had nothing to worry about. Keep doing what you are doing and being so flexible in working with your clients. I think this will only continue to make loyal and satisfied customers. I will also share my positive feedback about your company on Cruise Critic website. Thanks again for a wonderful tour and making our vacation so special. Ephesus and Turkey are wonderful places to visit and we look forward to returning to your country soon!

Thanks so much for making our trip to Ephesus so interesting.
Orkan was a wonderful guide and made the whole day very informative. I particularly enjoyed my "shave" at the barber shop.
Hi,
because Hakim was able to maneuver the six of us around the large tour groups with great finesse. We enjoyed the comfort of the minibus--very new, clean, and air conditioned. Hakim took us to the school where girls were being trained to make Turkish rugs, and two of the couples bought beautiful rugs that day. I would definitely recommend this tour--and Hakim--to others. It was our first trip to Turkey, but we hope to get back some day.
Hi
Mr. Turhan,
Sincerely, Gary I. Luloff
Dear Fevzi
Our personal guide Tan was wonderful and we had a enjoyable day in Turkey, so much so that we will someday return for another visit! We greatly appreciated Tan's knowledge of history and the insights he provided regarding all of the sites he showed us.
Dear Fevzi Turhan,
Dear Fevzi Turhan,
We had a wonderful tour of Turkey. We saw many amazing sights on our eastern Mediterranean cruise, but I have to say Turkey was the highlight and the tour given by Ms Nahide was a huge part of that. Thank you so much for making it happen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends that if they’re planning to visit Turkey that they contact you and Ms Nahide .
Thanks again, Dennis and Laurie Brooke
Fevzi,
disembarked from our cruise ship right on time. The bus was very comfortable and the driver was terrific. Emre did a wonderful job pointing out the sights to us on the way to Ephesus.
The tour of Ephesus was incredible. Emre walked with us, pointing out important sites and giving us historical facts and background we could not have gotten if we toured the ruins by ourselves. He is very
bright, very personable, easy to talk to and our tour was so much better because of him.
In short, our experience with Ephesus Shuttle was terrific - 5 stars - and we would highly recommend your services to anyone and everyone. Please feel free to use these comments on your website or anywhere else you think it would help your business.
Sincerely,
Phil Malter and Susan Turner
The trip and the guide were very good. We had a very enjoyable day and will definitely recommend your company to other people.
Thank you.
Marilyn
Hi ,
We loved our tour with Becko today ! Thanks to his quick thinking we avoided all the crowds at Ephesus and
had a wonderful time at Miletus and Didyma.
Compared with other passengers who went with the ships' tour, we had a much better time !
We also liked very much the lunch stop at Seven Sleepers which was such a nice touch in addition to seeing
some of the less touristy regions.
We appreciated Becko for his patience and vast knowledge which he shared so willingly with us.
Thank you very much for a fantastic tour and we cant stop recommending your services to other passengers on our cruise.
Regards,
Barbara
Dear Fevzi,
Cheers

Fevzi, we have been so busy since returning from our cruise I forgot to write to tell you that both of your guides were Excellent! We all enjoyed the enthusiasm and professional knowledge of Sadat in Istanbul. Our day was short in Euphesus as our daughter got sick in the heat at the ruins but your team was very attentive and flexible. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone we know going to Turkey. We hope to visit again in a few years and will certainly let you know.
